Gift Policy Opiday

These Opiday Rewards Program Terms (the “Rules”) apply to all promotions run by Opiday (the “Site”).

Accumulation of Points ( Pts )

1. Once you join Opiday, you will be offered rewards in the form of points (“ Points ( Pts ) ). Other types of remuneration of Opiday may also be granted to you depending on the different Activities that you carry out on the Site.

2. When you register on Opiday, the status of your Account becomes "Active" and you can participate in all the Activities in which Opiday will invite you to take part and you can take advantage of all the benefits linked to Opiday, such as access to our Services and your remuneration, and you also have the possibility of contacting Opiday Staff. Maintaining your account “Active” requires that you have joined Opiday and participated in an Activity or survey on the Site within 30 days of your initial registration or during any 90-day period.

3. Most surveys currently available allow you to earn Points ( Pts ) by answering them. It will be clearly indicated on the Site, at the start of the survey or in the invitation sent by e-mail that you will receive from us, if said survey does not allow you to earn any Points ( Pts ) .

4. Your Account may also be suspended if: • you have not participated in any survey after registering on Opiday; • you have not participated in any survey during the first 30 days following your registration on Opiday; • you have not participated in any surveys in a 90-day period.

If your Account has been suspended or closed, you have the right to request Opiday to investigate such suspension or closure. In this eventuality, please contact our Customer Service. If you believe that the suspension or termination of your account is the result of an error, you must contact Opiday by email within sixty (60) days of said alleged error and explain in detail the origin of the dispute , indicating any relevant information that may prove the anomaly. Upon receipt of your request, we will investigate and notify you of our decision within thirty (30) days. If we need more time to decide on your request, we will notify you and will endeavor to render a decision as soon as possible. Any decision we make regarding such a request will be final.

5. Opiday will not inform you in advance of the cancellation or withdrawal of your Points ( Pts ) . Opiday reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these rules regarding cancellation and withdrawal.

6. You can close your account at any time by going to the section relating to your account on our Site, and clicking on “Close my account”. The closure of your account will take effect immediately. If you have problems closing your account, please contact Customer Support. Customer Service will respond to you as soon as possible. Your account will be closed immediately after it is deleted or you unsubscribe from Opiday. You understand and agree that, as mentioned above, upon suspension, cancellation or closure of your account, your right of access to the Services will cease and all Points ( Pts ) credited to your account at the time of such suspension, cancellation or termination will be void, regardless of how or when earned. Opiday may terminate your account at any time and for any reason.

7. The Points ( Pts ) awarded will appear in your account no later than 30 days after you have completed a survey and you will be able to redeem them as soon as they appear. Opiday takes steps reasonably necessary to ensure that the correct number of Points ( Pts ) are credited to your account. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the correct number of Points ( Pts ) are credited, and you have the possibility to report to Opiday no later than 2 months after responding to the survey if the number of Points ( Pts ) appearing on your account is incorrect.

Points ( Pts )

1. You will receive a certain number of Points ( Pts ) per completed activity (depending on the complexity and other characteristics of the survey). The number of Points ( Pts ) available for any activity will be indicated on the opiday.com site.

2. You can view your total Points ( Pts ) by going to the members page of the website.

3. Points ( Pts ) are personal to you and cannot be transferred without the written authorization of Opiday. They are not considered property, and as such you cannot sell, transfer or assign them to any third party without the written authorization of Opiday.

Conversion of Points ( Pts )

1. You can only convert Points ( Pts ) if your Opiday account is active.

2. Points ( Pts ) can be converted into gift cards or other payment solutions offered by the TREMENDOUS.com site

3. Points ( Pts ) are not negotiable.

4. Points ( Pts ) can be converted on the Website. More information available on the website. Opiday reserves the right to modify the gifts available at its sole discretion and without prior notification. You agree that Opiday is not responsible for any actions taken by any third party in administering Gifts.

5. The value of your selected gift cannot be greater than the number of Points ( Pts ) in your account. However, you can choose a gift of lesser value. Any unused Points ( Pts ) will remain in your account for future use. When you have converted your Points ( Pts ) , the appropriate number of points will be deducted from your account.

6. Gifts received following the conversion of Points ( Pts ) cannot be exchanged, returned or converted into cash.

7. The images of the gifts presented on the website do not necessarily reproduce the colors and/or the precise model available as a gift, these depending on the color effects and updates of the providers.

8. Opiday reserves the right to replace any gift with a gift of equivalent or greater value in the event that a gift is not available.

Gift Management

1. Opiday reserves the right to appoint a third party to manage the points and gifts program. You are advised to read the privacy policy relating to the information that will be provided to third parties as part of the management of the points program and gifts.

2. Opiday accepts no liability whatsoever, in the handling of gifts by a third party administrator, for injury, loss or damage of any kind, which may result from acceptance, of the possession or use of Points ( Pts ) of their cash value or of the merchandise converted with gift points Opiday.
